View and Edit a Data Hub

In the Data page, you can browse all the data you’ve captured with each of your templates by looking at a Data Hub.

View & Edit Your Data

Use the search feature to find the template you want. Click on an individual template name or "View data" to see the Data Hub containing all of the data captured from that template.


In each Data Hub, you will see all the data generated from jobs run with that template. You can use the arrows on the right to move through your pages of data, and you can also manually type the page to which you want to jump.


Each row corresponds to an original form, and each column corresponds to a field on the template. Click on a cell to see the original form snippet or to edit the value entered.


Click on a row header to display an image of the entire form.  You can see the original template by clicking on "Show template image." You can choose to remove that form from your Data Hub entirely by clicking exclude row from dataset. The excluded forms will go to a Rejected Batch in your Inbox.


If you want to view the field definition of the original template and/or the template's settings, click on "More Actions" in the top right. Select the appropriate option. 

 

Filtering Your Data  

You can choose to filter the data you see in the Data Hub by the date the job was run. Click on “Job finished range” and then select the date range using the calendars. The calendar on the left corresponds to the earliest date for which you want to see data, and the calendar on the right corresponds to the latest date for which you want to see data. Select a date on each calendar to create a range, or you can also type in the specific dates you want. Click apply within that window to save your date changes, and click apply on the right to filter the Data Hub. 

 


You can also choose to view the “impossibles” and/or “blanks” within your Data Hub for all fields or for specific fields. Check the appropriate boxes under "Show". Then, from the "For Fields" dropdown, choose the fields for which you'd like to see this data. By default, all the fields are selected.



Once you click apply, the specified data will be highlighted in the Data Hub. You can view and edit those fields as you'd like. 

Downloading Your Data 

When you’re finished reviewing your data, you can download it as a CSV file.
