I did not receive an account confirmation email. What should I do?

Often confirmation emails wind up in Spam folders or caught by Spam blockers. So, if you have created an account on Captricity but have not received a confirmation email:

1. Check your spam folder. If it's not there...
2. Check your trash folder. Still not there?
3. Add accounts@captricity.com to your address book.
4. Log in to Captricity and resend your verification email:

a) Click "Account."


b) Click "Verify" next to your email address.


c) Click "Resend Verification Email."


You should now have an email from accounts@captricity.com in your inbox!
